"Front desk was ok, very systematic and not personable. Room looked clean with a big desk. Bathroom was a bit inconvenient: no hook to hang a bath towel on the wall or door, the shower door should have a towel hanger for a bath mat, etc. However, a separate tub and shower was a big bonus for me! Breakfast was disappointing. I thought the food quality and selection were pretty poor. I would book a room without it next time, and just get a coffee and some bread/pastry at a cafe downstairs."

"nice and clean hotel. Highly recommended. However if you are only staying for one night to have a quick tour of Osaka and plan to leave the next day, then probably choosing a hotel within waking distance is more convenient. This hotel needs you to take a train to get there. "
