Property is not as clean, stains on pillows and blankets on bed, no sheets or bedspreads, also, the hot water for showers, hand washing, and cleaning dishes is limited. When there’s 5+ people showering, it’s impossible at this location to keep water hot. I also had to request for my check in information because it was not sent to me. "Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Bergglück verbracht. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Kleine Kritik: Wenn das Haus voll ausgelastet ist, ist die Küche etwas zu klein, um dort für 12 Personen zu kochen und auch der Kühlschrank ist nicht besonders groß. Wir waren zu 6, da war es ok. Der Mülleimer könnte ebenfalls etwas größer sein. Wir hätten uns auch eine kleine Infomappe mit ein paar Infos z.B. zum Thema Mülltrennung und wo wir...

"The house and location were perfect, nice and cool when hot outside. The owners of the property should be very proud of what they have. It was very clean and tidy with all amenities to hand. Would use it again in a heart beat. Also very well managed with no complications."
