"Comfy place and great central location. The place was very comfortable and had a great little room upstairs for kids to hang out. Linens, towels, etc. were all clean. Coffee maker was nice and in great shape with some coffee provided (K-cups). All in all a good location and pleasant stay."

"This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. The house is so big and comfortable. Not to mention the creek on the side our kids enjoyed it to the max WE ALL DID! Thanks again for everything. Also they answer to our emails the same day! "It was truly amazing! We fell in love with Waco and the tiny container home immediately! The roof deck to watch sunrises/sunsets was so romantic. The view of the pond was tranquil. The container home was so cute, quaint, and intimate. It was the best choice for our 1 year anniversary trip! We will be returning and staying again!"

"The farm house was an excellent respite from the business of Waco yet just a short 12 minute ride to Baylor. The beds slept wonderfully!! It was so peaceful we enjoyed early mornings watching the cows and the sun come up as well as quiet evenings.We will return."
