This hotel was in a great area!! Condesa was beautiful and was very walkable. So many cute cafes & restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was great! They have a doorman constantly there so that was an added peace of mind for safety. Rooms were a bit small but very clean! No air conditioning, which wasn’t too big of a deal for us since it wasn’t hot. I would definitely return & recommend Casa Decu!

The staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful. In particular the reception staff - very honest and helped us book tours. They have us safest options for travel. Nothing ever seemed impossible for them to arrange for us! The access to water constantly was very helpful. The property is easy to find and very near everything in the historical centre.

Uriel is amazing! Aside from the building itself, I think he really set the tone for us. Our room was always very well kept. The welcome plate in the room & glasses of champagne were top tier. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the building and their reputation. Excellent service and beautiful property. Not to mention the location. You can walk to so many different major tourist spots. If you are into the history, this hotel is located within blocks from where many ancient artifacts have been found and you can just feel the history there.
