"Nice, clean property with pleasant garden. Owner lives next door and kindly provided us with fresh eggs from his hens! Unfortunately there was no hot tub which had been stated in the advert. When asked about this the owner said he knew nothing about a hot tub. As the hot tub was the main reason for choosing this gite we were extremely disappointed. The next day when we reviewed the advert again there was no mention of a hot tub. Very disappointing and misrepresented. L. Reed "

We were there in late October and while there is heat, it is an older drafty house without modern windows etc and the thermostat limited to 19 C, which felt kind of chilly. I think it would be wonderful in summer. Kitchen was good except all the knives were very dull- hard to cut our baguette. The listing says there is a dryer and hot tub, but there is not. Only a washer and bathtub. The cleanliness was okay but once I discovered it was our job to clean...

"Had a lovely stay with friends and my partner . The host could not be more helpful. We sent cases there before hand and sending back with help from the host. The accommodation was clean and good. The grounds and pool were clean and amazing and you were free to walk around very secluded. Near Arras 10 mins drive away. Would recommend for friends and families also . A top class stay."

"Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cette petite location situé dans un haras. Le jardin est très agréable, entouré d'une haute haie et de grands arbres. Il y a plusieurs prairies pour chevaux qui viennent vous saluer lorsque vous passer dans le chemin. Cuisine extrêmement bien équipée et très agréable. Tranquillité absolue ! "Only used as stopover hotel on our way to the Stelvio Pass in Italy but it was a great choice. A very modern, welcoming and comfortable hotel, with all amentities you'd expect for a 4* hotel. Our only challenge was food hotel dining options on the evening, only charcuterie boards available and that's not our thing, disspaointed but not a reason to not stay at this lovely hotel"

Pleasantly Surprised

"I got a room on short notice when I was visiting the Vimy Memorial. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice clean room that was quite affordable. There's a nice restaurant next door and a McDonald's. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was great and we went on our way happy and satisfied. I will stay there again if I'm in the area."
