I didn’t like to stay in Avlulu Konak because of the personal who attend us, she literally kick us out of the place just because our check out it’s at 11 am. I’m actually have been travelling with mi partner since 3 months ago, and it’s the first time that we couldn’t stay a little bit more after the check out and leave our bags because she wasn’t there (the thing is that they don’t have reception, but they have a huge comfortable zone with kitchen and couches that we were using after the check out), we try to talk to her by Google translate to explain that we had the bus very late and she just answer, “im just making my job”, (what it’s true and actually that’s maybe the orders she received), we ask for the number of the administrator and she refused to gave the number and it wasn't just the language barrier. So, if you’re travelling with huge bags and want to take a late bus to visit more places around the place I definitely don’t recommend to stay in Avlulu Konak. I don’t have any complain about the infrastructure, location and cleanliness. The place is beautiful. Finally if you want to go to a beach it’s a little far away from the place.

Konum mükemmel çarşının tam ortasında. Kendine ait veya anlaşmalı Otoparkı yok. Ayvalıkta kalıcaksanız park yeri bulmak büyük bir sorun ve otopark ücretleri geceliği 300₺ civarı. Odamız üst katta balkonlu ve kendinden mutfaklıydı ve gayet genişti. Temizdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.Tavsiye ederim.

11 numaralı, yeşil oda çok güzeldi. Klima ve mini buzdolabı yeniydi. Minik bir eksik vardı. Odanın içinde çöp tenekesi yoktu. Oda eklenirse daha da harika olur.

Yeri olağanüstü iyi, tam çarşı içindesiniz.. Her yer yakın.. Oda temiz, klima çalışıyor, su akıyor, banyo temiz.. Ücrete de göre oda kaliteleri artıyor ama bizim için çarşı içi en önemlisi idi.. Biz beğendik.. 22 nolu oda..!

Otel genel olarak güzel ve temizdi konumu güzel ayvalık merkez de suit oda da konakladım geniş ferahtı bir tek sıcak su gelmiyor du ,gelip baktılar ama çözülmedi onuda çok sorun etmedik hava zaten sıcaktı Oda da bulunan elektronik eşyalar da gayet düzgün çalışıyordu

Otel fiyat performans oteli idi odası temizdi ama biz otelde kalırken yataga yattıgımızda kasınıyorduk ama yataktan dısarı cıkınca kaşıntı kesiliyordu sebebini anlayamadık 2 gece kaşdık sadece park sorunu mevcut kalmak isteyen kişilere tavsiyem merkezde otel tutmamaları cundada ki otellerde daha rahat edebilirsiniz park sorunu yaşamassınız merkezde gezilecek yer yok zaten
