"It has nice ocean views and the property was well maintained and very clean. The property manager only communicated when she wanted funds because of a late check in (we were going to pay cash on arrival). Once the funds were received we had to reach out multiple times while flying all day to obtain check in details. Upon arrival we had to leave sensitive information on a desk and weren’t able to ask about late check out. There was no one around except the cleaning staff. "

We arrived without a car since there was a complication with our original rental booking. André booked a car for us that was perfect for our needs and had the company pick us up right there. "Just incredible! On arrival, Gabriela was kind, informative and polite. The hotel was so charming and beautiful, perfect in downtown and walkable to all areas in that area. Breakfast food was delicious, coffee available all day and staff was so wonderful. We will be back for a longer stay for sure! "

"Great hostel, guests were quiet and respectful. Tap cards access the doors and lockers. I would have loved to leave my bag in a locker, but that was not available so I left it under the stairs and came back later for it for an additional 5Euro. "

"This was a beautiful place to stay! The gardens are gorgeous. The staff were friendly, helpful and we especially enjoyed Kyle. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it. (We even loved the art work on the walls of our room). "

"Die Zimmer sind chic, geräumig und in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und vom Housekeeping sind immer hilfsbereit und immer sehr freundlich. Zuverlässiges und schnelles WLAN. Einziger Minuspunkt ist wirklich das Frühstück- es wird bereits um kurz nach 8h nichts mehr nachgefüllt. Man muss jedes Mal um die notwenigsten Sachen bitten. "Best place I ever stayed at. Amazingly beautiful environment with water, mountain and field views. Amazing owners and staff with a breakfast feast that caters to each guests preference with lots of fresh fruit from their organic garden. "This Quinta is set on ca. 3 ha of land, more/less in the country side yet < 10 min away from some great seafood restaurants and 15 min away from Angra do Heroismo. The host and hostess are very friendly, helpful, and interesting. The breakfasts were nice, featuring different cheeses from different Azores islands and home made jams and preserves. The Quinta is well located with easy access to several sightseeing destinations. We had a wonderful stay and heartily recommend it."

"What a GREAT surprise. No regular Motel experience here. Like staying in your Grandma's House. Everyone staying has a place set for Breakfast. Great Conversation and trip discusions. Breakfast is all local sourced, really good! Yogurts.Jambs, Breads, Fruits, eggs. and coffee your way! I met all German people and had a great time. Did a local hike with the owner and some guests. This was a great start to a wonderfull trip! "

He went over and beyond making us feel comfortable and happy during our stay and gave us recommendations of events happening in the area which we were very greatful for being able to participate in. The service, the location, the property and the villa all exceeded our expectations. This is truly a hidden gem and a must stay when visiting the Terceira island. "

"Had a great five night stay. At check in we were greeted by Elsa and Alexandra at the reception desk. Both of these ladies are true ambassadors of the hotel and the island. They were so pleasant, informative and willing to go out of their way to ensure we were made aware of all important things like tours, car rental, in house needs, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was a great way to start our visit. Our room was very good, large and quiet despite overlooking the harbour. The room and the entire hotel is spotless. Staff are constantly cleaning all areas of the facility. The breakfast area is very well managed with staff constantly clearing and cleaning tables and replenishing food. As for the staff in the hotel, there wasn’t one who didn’t greet us with pleasantries. It really appeared as though they all enjoyed their jobs and were dedicated to ensuring the guests were treated with respect. Amenities like a constant supply of bottled water, coffee supplies, daily cleaning, plush towels, robes, etc. were all part of an excellent stay. I would highly recommend the Hotel and would most definitely stay there again should we return. "
