The check-in staff was kind and helpful, but the person I spoke with on the phone tried to charge extra for breakfast even though it was already included, which felt unreliable. "This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! Amazing view of the mountains. The cottage was spacious, warm, beautifully presented and had all the amenities as described. The reception staff were so friendly and were able to help us with a few questions in English. They even gave us a mobile phone so we could call them from the cottage if required. I wish we stayed longer!! "
