"We stayed at the Bay for 3 nights before the full moon party. First impressions were good: the rooms are colorful, the location is good, the food was great, and the staff were welcoming. However, shortly after settling into our room I was moving pillows around on our bed and noticed a line of dead bugs underneath one.
