"The photo in the review is not the apartment we stopped in. The apartment we stopped in is definitely getting a little tired with a few repairs required however it has everything you want and nothing you don’t need. Would recommend for those transiting through Mansfield. The area (given I grew up there) is one of the better areas of Mansfield and the property is gated so nice and secure."

"Took our family for 50th wedding anniversary. Stayed a week. Nobody wanted to leave. Incredible, amazing, wonderful, fantastic! Wanted for nothing as it was so well equipped. "Brilliant place to stay. Plenty of parking and for us in particular the electric car charging facilities were very useful. We arrived late and the reception is seperate from the hotel itself but the staff made us welcome and directed to our room. The facilities are faultless. We stayed overlooking the zoo and watched the wolves in the morning for at least 30mins before breakfast. Dining is seperate but again very easy use. Definitely use this location again. Ours was a leisure visit but there were many business people use it too. Recommended. "

Unexpected stay due to snow forecast!

"The staff were extremely helpful and wery happy to provide extra coffee tea and sugar. Extra duvet was brought to the room when asked as the room was very cold due to a sharp change in the weather. However we managed to get the room warmed up and didn't need the extra duvet by bed time. Bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty but a replacement was brought up immediately. So excellent room service!! It was an unexpected stay due to the weather forecast for snow and an early morning check in at the nearby hospital. The result was perfect, thank you."
