"We had the best stay at Hoang Su Phi Lodge. The location is exquisite with the most amazing views. The room looks exactly like the pictures, with crisp white bedding, new towels and great facilities. The staff is lovely, they cooked us a delicious dinner and tasty pancakes for breakfast. "No service, no information, we went to get breakfast 9:15 but apparently breakfast ended at 9am we were not informed of this. We took the free bottles of water from the room, and they tried to charge us for them, because they were cold(we put them in the fridge) There was a hole in the bathroom door. The douche/bidet/hose was leaking, so the bathroom floor was flooded all the time. No one can speak any English, so communication is via translator apps "
