Great location and outstanding staff. They greet you with smiles when you arrive and when you go out. Everyone is so helpful and if there is a problem with your room they take care of it immediately. Great location Friendly service Slight mishap with the hot water supply on one night but the hotel was very apologetic about the inconvenience and we got a small gift when we checked out. Breakfast spread was excellent - changes every day too so nothing gets boring.

We paid a lot of money to upgraded our room. Room, service, food etc was good however, the boat only goes a short distance into the Bay, then drops anchor. You do not cruise through the bay on this ship. There is a small vessel for doing day activities so the upgraded room was of little value and the cruise didn’t meet our expectations. Consider a smaller ship that can explore the whole bay.
