Great location!

Great location! Hiking within walking distance or 2 minute drive. Hostess very nice and knowledgeable! Fridge is mini sized and no stand up shower (sit in tub and use shower sprayer). Beautiful spot for sure!

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung hat viel Platz, auch ist dort alles was man zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Das Einzige, was uns persönlich gestört hat, ist das die Wohnung nur eine Badewanne hatte. Leider ohne Duschvorhang, sodass beim Duschen alles nass geworden ist. Ansonsten tolle, urige Wohnung und eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

Schöner Ort gruselige Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön und sie ist recht groß. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist sehr zu bemängeln. Die Wohnung war derart dreckig, dass mein Sohn und ich uns sehr unwohl gefühlt haben. Vieles ist kaputt. Die Badewanne war voller Hundehaare und Blutflecken. Töpfe und Pfannen standen ungespült im Schrank. Alles hat gestunken. Die Betten, die Handtücher das Wohnzimmer. In der Besteckschublade ist es klebrig.Der Herd fällt auseinander! Die Toilette und das Waschbecken waren nicht sauber. Ich kann führ diese Wohnung keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nicht zuletzt mit dem Balkon mit der Super-Aussicht. Besitzerin sehr freundlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schöne Aussicht mit Charm der 80 er

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön und die Aussicht unbeschreiblich. Leider sind das die einzigen guten Punkte. Meine Frau und Kind mit Großeltern sind für 5 Nächte Angereist. Ich versuche es kurz zu fassen: Mobiliar 80er Jahre Betten Unbequem, Unterkunft wurde für 4 Personen inseriert. Nur 2 davon hatte ein echtes Bett. Die anderen 2 durften auf einen Klappbett (aus dem Schrank schlafen) Fliesen im Bad Kaputt Abflüsse im Bad werden nur durch Plastikfolien abgedeckt Herd in der Küche mit Kork Geflickt und seid Jahren nicht gereinigt, Bedienelement fällt fast ab abgenutzte Schränke inkl. Quietschen Teppich wirft Falten Couch unbequem da die Polsterung versagt Raumaufteilung für 2 Familien unpraktisch (wie oben beschrieben Klappbett steht im Wohnzimmer) Kinderbett ist veraltet , teilweise sind streben Angebrochen und es Existieren scharfe Kanten, die Schrauben des Kinderbettes mussten mit eigenen Werkzeug festgezogen werden.

überteuert und nicht zeitgemäß

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt in super schöner und ruhiger Umgebung. Absolute Empfehlung für die Lage, die man vom vielfach erwähnten Balkon betrachten kann. Negativ: Oberes Preissegment - dem die Wohnung in keiner Weise entspricht: alt, heruntergewohnt, stillos, entspricht nicht dem Standard heutiger Ferienwohnungen. Im Detail (Stand 03/2022): Keine Dusche, nur eine alte Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang, nicht mal eine Befestigungsstange für den Brausekopf. Bad und WC lassen sich nicht abschließen. Winzige unpraktische Küche, kaum Arbeitsfläche, altes Geschirr. Möbel lieblos zusammengestellt, ohne Stil und Design, alte, muffelige Teppiche. Drei Zimmer haben nur Dachfenster, ohne Aussicht. Wohnzimmer sehr dunkel, einziger Lichtblick ist der Balkon.

Freundliche Vermieter in schöner Gegend

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Umgebung sehr schön. Allerdings hätte ich mir bei einer so Detaillierten Mülltrennung mehr als einen Mülleimer in der Wohnung gewünscht. Die Badewanne hat leider keinen Duschvorhang, was nicht das schönste ist. Wirklich störend war allerdings die völlig unterkühlte Wohnung. Die erreichte erst am zweiten Abend eine halbwegs angenehme Temperatur.

Traumumgebung

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung! Frau Soer hat und sehr herzlich empfangen und hat uns alles gezeigt! Es gab auch gute Tipps für Wanderungen und was im Ort wo zu finden ist! Wir waren zu dritt und hatten die Wohnung unterm Dach mit einem wunderbaren überdachten Balkon! Der Blick ist herrlich von hier aus! Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl!

Urlaub in Hinterstein

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt, einfach zu entspannen. Wir hatten auch sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Viele Wege zum Erkunden, alles im allen, wir kommen wieder!

Große Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, voll ausgestattet und entspricht exakt den Fotos im Inserat. Tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, die Bushaltestelle ist vor der Haustüre, der Bäcker ist in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht.

Super Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung beinhaltet alles was man benötigt. Wir sind mit vier Erw. Und zwei Kindern abgereist und fanden die Raumaufteilung auch perfekt. Die Familie war sehr freundlich. Zum Ort selbst kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir unsere Ausflüge geplant hatten und uns nie lange im Ort aufgehalten haben.

Belle maison au cœur d'un Village montagnard.

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil de la propriétaire, heureuse de nous faire découvrir sa région. De notre confortable appartement, nous avions une belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes. La jolie vallée d'Hinterstein est au cœur d'une région attrayante aux multiples randonnées et visites telles que les châteaux de Louis II de Bavière et les villages fleuris.
