Sehr angenehmes gut durchdachtes und herzliches Hotel. Es war sehr schön hier Gast gewesen zu sein. Das gesamte Personal war immer ansprechbar und sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste schnell und perfekt umzusetzen. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet. Am Abend gab es drei Menüs zur Auswahl. Und mehrere leckere Nachspeisen. Die Getränkepreise sind Ok. Die Pools sind alle sehr sauber, wie auch das gesamte Umfeld und die Wellnessbereiche. Hier und da ist die Einrichtung schon etwas benutzter, aber das ist auch normal. Nichts hält ewig! Wir waren als Paar das erste Mal zu Gast, aber garantiert nicht das letzte Mal!!! Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Hotel!

One of the best places I have ever stayed

I hate giving this hotel 5 stars because everyone reading this will book and I won’t be able to get a room It’s not the most fancy hotel I have ever stayed at but it’s clean and bright with a great family feeling and the staff are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure to know Free ski busses with a stop right outside make the location good, and the main town is an easy 5 minutes by foot, this town is not party central but for a quiet ski week you couldn’t ask for more and the surrounding scenery is breath taking. If I was pressed for something to complain about it would be kids in the spa pools but really they are guests too so not much I can say If you are looking for a comfortable family run hotel with great staff, service and food look no further

sehr angenehmes und komfortables Hotel

Das Hotel ist eine Mixtur aus modernen Design und traditionellen Elementen. Die Zimmer sind gross, frisch, hell, modern und äusserst gepflegt. Der Schlafkomfort war ausgezeichnet aufgrund der ruhigen Lage. Sauna-und Poolbereich sind grosszügig und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist reichhaltig lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Abendessen waren stets von sehr guter Qualität und sehr schmackhaft. Ebenfalls gefallen haben mir die offerierten österreichischen Weine. Das Personal war stets aufmerksan, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem war mein Aufenthalt wiklich exellent.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel

- Wurden persönlich vom Hotelchef empfangen - trotz verspäteter Anreise hat uns die Küche noch ein warmes 3-Gänge-Menü zubereitet - Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend - Essen sehr gut und sehr lecker - jeden Tag 2 bis 3 Menüs zur Auswahl - Ski-bus hält fast vor dem Hotel - sehr schöner Wellnessbereich - zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten leider etwas überfüllt, aber kein Problem, wenn man etwas später geht - haben dann immer eine Liege gefunden - Buchung, Abrechnung, Ski-Pass - alles problemlos an der Rezeption im Hotel geklärt - Alles in allen ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Fantastisk sted!!!

Var afsted fra mandag-fredag i uge 8 2014. Det er absolut ikke sidste gang jeg besøger Impuls Hotel Tirol. De mange positive anmeldelser havde gjort at vi havde høje forventninger til stedet, og de levede heldigvis op til det på alle punkter! Personalet er utrolig serviceminded og flinke - alt kan lade sig gøre! Mordenmaden er rigtig fin med et meget bredt udvalg. Aftensmaden der består af 6-7 retter kunne måske godt være af en anelse højere niveau, men det smagte godt og der var noget forskelligt (kunne godt have savnet lidt oksekød, da valget hver aften er mellem svin, fisk eller vegatar). Værelset var stort og nyrenoveret. Spa området er utrolig lækkert, her er noget for enhver smag, med tre pools, aromasauna, almindelig sauna, dampbad og "sovesal". Det lækre spaområde er dog forbeholdt personer over 16 år, da det er tilladt at være nøgen, hvilket kom lidt bag på os :-) Brug spaområdet melle 18-20, så har man det stort set for sig selv. Beliggenheden af hotellet kunne godt være bedre, og vi var glade for at have bil med da vi langt hellere ville køre de ca. 5 km der er til Angertal, der er væsentligt bedre at tage ud fra en Bad Hofgastein. Alt i alt, et sted jeg kun kan give mine varmeste anbefalinger!!!
