I love this hotel and have stayed there many times. Everything is clean and people are friendly. Plus this hotel is situated right by the old part of Bad Homburg which is lovely. The breakfast is wonderful and everybody is helpful.

Excellent, low key Hotel, clean & comfortable. Great location! Near center of town & old town, many restaurants in walking distance. Also Castle and parks in walking distance not far away as well. A turkish supermarket 1 block away, and a general super market ("Rewe") about 3 blocks away.

Bare bones

Hard to find. There was no reception. We were given a key code for a box with our key in it. We couldn’t make it work. We finally called and someone came from somewhere else to help us. We’re elderly. We didn’t read anywhere that there was no elevator. We were put on the 3 floor. She told us breakfast was free like she was giving us a bone. It’s a shared bathroom for the whole floor. Our room had roof slant. I hit my head a number of times. It was very noisy outside till after midnight. There is no one actually at the hotel to help you with any issues. The room locks weren’t very safe. You had to leave the key in it so you could get out quickly. Bed was ok. Couch seemed iffy. Of all the hotel.com stays we’ve had this was one of the worst.

Es war ein Erlebnis der anderen Art: Gemeinschafts-Bad, -WC etc. So etwas ist doch nichts für mich. Aber sauber war alles -Frühstück gab es nicht, weil die Mitarbeiterin nicht kam und ich aufgrund meiner Zug-Buchungen nicht 30 Minuten warten konnte. Schade.

War ein tolles Wochenende , wäre schön gewesen , wenn es beim Check in ( war super mit dem 🔑 Schlüssel im Safe ) auch ne Karte mit dabei gewesenen wäre wo man für die Kurtaxe auch noch im Schloss und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten etwas ermächtigten Eintritt erhalten hätte.

Die Zimmer sollen Schallisoliert sein. Das stimmt wohl im Haus. Da hört man fast Nix von den anderen Gästen. Jedoch sind die Fenster diesbezüglich nicht neu und somit hört man den Straßenlärm trotz geschlossener Fenster.

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen in der Nähe zur schönen Altstadt und zum Schloss! Ich habe super geschlafen, die Matratze war top! Das Frühstück war gut und der Service sehr freundlich! Komme gerne wieder.

Ein sehr lieber Empfang und das Frühstück war auch gut und reichlich. Jedoch die Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers verkürzte mir die Nacht und das Bad auf dem Gang zwang mich mehrfach zum warten. Einen Parkplatz konnte ich für 10 Euro zum Glück buchen, denn finden konnte ich keinen.
