Stylish holiday apartment in a classicist villa in the fairytale Harz

The holiday apartment has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).


Villa Mara is located right on the quiet edge of the forest, right next to the nature reserve with its many hiking trails and cross-country ski trails. Within just a few minutes' walk you can reach the leisure and adventure pool with indoor and outdoor leisure pools, wave pool and slides, wellness area with saunas and treatment rooms, which promises lots of fun and action.
You can reach the city with its national, well-known shopping boulevard and numerous shopping opportunities as well as attractive restaurants through the large spa park of Bad Lauterberg. There is a mini golf course with shuffleboard, table tennis and football billiards, an outdoor fitness park and the large dream playground.
Villa Mara is also a good starting point for many excursion destinations, observation towers and rustic forest restaurants nearby, such as the Cistercian Walkenried Monastery with a large museum, the Scharzfeld Unicorn Cave, the Samson Pit, the Wiesenbeker Pond (Unesco World Heritage Site), the Oder Dam and the Schloßberg refuge, Scharzfeld castle ruins.
You can also reach many excursion destinations on many routes by bicycle or mountain bike.
