"The house is in an excellent location, quiet and yet close to attractions of the black forest. The landlady was very nice. The kitchen is very well equiped, with all you need for cooking and eating your meals at home. There's also a washing machine, that's very helpful if you're traveling for a long time. "This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"Belle villa passive. Tout confort et très propre. Mise à disposition du nécessaire de base : produit vaisselle, papier WC., huile, vinaigre,sel.... Maison convenant pour 6 personnes. Par contre , les lits jumeaux conviennent mieux à des enfants qu'aux adultes . Ce sont des lits tiroirs donc pas très confortables. Proche de sites touristiques. Nous vous recommandons cette maison pour vos futures vacances dans la forêt noire. "

"Fantastic house, stunning location. The house was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 7 children without getting under each others feet. Manfred was excellent at communicating with us, very prompt replies with good advice. Mr and Mrs Hess were absolute stars, they couldn't have more patient with us non-speaking Germans and very charming couple. The house itself is situated within easy driving distance from many places of interest to visit."
