"Sehr stilsicher eingerichtete und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung auf 2 Etagen, am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man gebrauchen könnte bis hin zu Spielen und Büchern, einem gemütlichen Pelletkaminofen und einer großen Küche. Die 3 Bäder sind 1 Bad mit 2 separaten Toiletten.Bis ins Ortszentrum sind es zu Fuß keine 15min. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!"

"Couldn’t have asked for more! The hosts met me at the train station and took me to the apartment which was a five minute walk away. They pointed out the organic grocery store and a fabulous bakery which were basically a two minute walk. They gave me the tour of the apartment which was exactly as the pictures online showed and answered questions above appliances. They were quick to answer the telephone when I had a question, so appreciated that. The other great thing about the apartment...

"Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal im "Paderglück" und die Wohnung macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Schön viel Platz, smart eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Die nächste Reise ins Paderglück ist schon gebucht!"

"Das Haus ist laut Anzeige für 10-12 Personen ausgelegt. Dafür ist das Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche deutlich zu klein. An den Esstisch passen nur 8 Personen sofern genügend Stühle vorhanden wären ! Das ganze Haus ist mit Fußboden Heizung ausgestattet die über Regler in jedem Raum zu steuern ist. Wenn man sich damit jedoch nicht auskennt bleibt das Zimmer kalt. Wir hatten zw. 15-16 grad !! Die Terrasse konnte leider von unseren Rauchern nicht wirklich genutzt werden da hier noch Baustelle war...

"In der Küche stand noch Müll, auf dem Balkon der gefüllte Aschenbecher des Vormieters, in der Dusche und unterm Waschbecken waren Haare an den Fliesen... Ein Zustand mit dem ich bei Freunden kein Problem habe. Bei einer bezahlten FeWo...naja... Für Monteure sicherlich super, für uns als Familie eher nicht so wir würden nicht wiederkommen. Der CheckIn und CheckOut war mit Schlüssel auf den Briefkastenrand gelegt, sodass jeder zulangen könnte..., wer weiß ob man da nicht ggf hinterher belangt...

"We chose to stay at this hotel while visiting family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever seen among similar 4 Star hotels. The food was exceptional and there was plenty of it. On-site parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to our next stay."

"We left Paderborn 20 years ago so this was a chance to revisit nostalgia and spend a few days at the Christmas markets. Art Hotel was a super choice because it had thatxreal individual gaste stube feel and everythingwas as you would expect. Definitely recommended."

"Perfectly good place for an overnight stay. 7 mins walk from station; 10-15 to city centre. I didnt have breakfast (€12.90) as i needed to be sure of getting a fairly early train. (No wake up calls avaiable now phones have disappeared from roims.) As usual on the Continent, no kettle etc in room, though i did spot one vacated room that DID have this facility - 'premium' rate?"

Great Location but with some flaws

"New option in Paderborn is welcome. GREAT location with modern rooms and nice to have restaurant in hotel. Breakfast was solid, those that want great variety might be somewhat disappointed but all the normal “German Breakfast” elements were there. Coffee was good. Things in need of improvement… No hooks. Room, bathroom and entryway lack hooks that would be nice to have. The towel pegs in bathroom are on back wall of shower so you can’t use while showering otherwise the things you hung would get wet. Shower is the dreaded open ended one, so be sure to get two floor mats, one to stop the water from running into main part of bathroom and one dry one to stand on at sink. I hate this trend of the open shower and in my room’s case, the water that made it to back of shower area rolled right out into main floor area (poor quality from their tile contractor). Blinds in my room only went down 80% of the way and being a hotel on a busy intersection made it uncomfortable that people could look right up into my room. I had to use the bedspread and chair to make a visual block so I could have full privacy. Wardrobe is fully open and feels like a piece that would be in a (nice) hostel. I ended up leaving my socks and underwear in my suitcase as only having open, flat shelves was not fully suitable. Only one outlet on each side of bed. Had to unplug small reading lamp to plug in my phone charger. Seems poorly thought through. "

Clean, but lacks in other areas

"This was my second time staying here and I was quite disappointed. Immediately when coming in we noticed how there was only one chair in front of the TV, meaning that only one of us could sit there to watch it which is a strange set up as previously I had a sofa there for 2. Moving on to the bathroom, although this was quite clean, the shower doors did not prevent any water leaking from the shower when in use. Every day we ended up with a big puddle outside the shower and then a soaking foot towel as the silicone at the bottom didn’t connect to the adjoining wall. Finally, the noise. It is completely understandable that on the weekend noise levels may be slightly louder. However, I was not under the impression that we would be able to hear all of the music way into the night in addition to even being able to hear people inside of the bar underneath us. For the price that you pay to stay here, considering it is next to the Alex bar and above another one, some sound proofing wouldn’t be a bad idea."
