A grand older style hotel in an excellent location with some good facilities. However there was only one accessible power point in my room and the coffee machine had to be put on the floor to plug in. The air conditioning in my room did not function even after reporting it to reception. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The ppol large and very clean if a little cool. A lack of insformation about the facilities in English.

Nice town, but hotel was from both worlds, nice was breakfast buffet and comfort of the bed, except a really bad pillow, bad was a mouldy smell of the room. Seems the room had not been used for a long time.

Das Zimmer war sauber aber sehr auf seine Jahre gekommen. Bei der Anreise war es sehr muffig.Die Vorhänge und die Einrichtung,na ja.... für eine Suite habe ich mir ein bisschen mehr vorgestellt. Das Personal war sehr nett und alle wünsche erfüllt. Glaube aber nicht,das ich es noch einmal buchen möchte.

Det er meget svært at finde den rigtige indgang, hvor der i øvrigt ikke kan parkeres. Forunderligt at der skal betales ekstra for parkering. Mon man også skal betale ekstra for brug af sengene eller badeværelset næste gang vi kommer. Parkeringsbommene virkede ikke for godt. Der er ingen a'la carte i restauranten: kun buffet.

Allt man behöver som barnfamilj på genomresa

Bra ordnat för en barnfamilj. Lekhörna i anslutning till restaurangen, barnmeny, barnsäng osv.. Mycket vänlig personal. Rent och fint på rummet, bekväma sängar. Praktiskt parkeringshus under hotellet (tilläggsavgift). Testade inte faciliteter som t.ex. Spa då vi bara var på genomresa.

Hotel hat leider derzeit viele Baustellen; Fassade,Balkone etc. zeitweise optisch keine Augenweide…Aber es wird auch renoviert Zimmer war in Ordnung für sehr sauber. der Balkon mit Kunstrasen!!(sehr wellig und teilweise Unkraut) kein Hingucker Frühstück und Personal waren top und auch der schwimmbereich. Wenn’s wieder renoviert ist wären es auch wieder 4sterne

Gebucht hatte ich eine Junior-Suite für 2 Nächte für mich und meinen Hund. Als ich die Suite im obersten Stockwerk betrat schlugen mir gefühlte 35 Grad Temperatur entgegen. Also erst mal nur das Gepäck abgestellt, die Fenster weit geöffnet und die Regler der Klimaanlage auf 10 Grad eingestellt . Abends war das Zimmer zwar merklich kühler, jedoch war inzwischen auch die Außentemperatur auf 15 Grad gesunken. Der Nächste Tag: Morgens verließ ich das Zimmer bereits sehr früh für einen Spaziergang mit dem Hund. Danach war ich mit meiner Frau für ein gemeinsames Frühstück im Hotel verabredet. Gegen Mittag waren meine Frau und ich ziemlich fertig aufgrund der Hitze des Tages und wir wollten uns in der Suite eine Stunde hinlegen. Doch die Suite war erneut extrem aufgeheizt. Und aus dem Lüfter kam nur warme Luft. Habe dann an der Rezeption um Abhilfe gebeten und man schickte mir auch sofort einen Hausmeister, der jedoch an Inkompetenz nicht mehr zu übertreffen war. Er erklärte mir jedoch, dass man mit der Klimaanlage schon seit Tagen ein massives Problem habe, welches man jedoch momentan nicht lösen könne. Ich teilte dann der Dame an der Rezeption mit, dass ich unter diesen Umständen abreisen möchte. Sie bot mir daraufhin einen Umzug ins Erdgeschoss an, welchen ich jedoch abgelehnt habe, da ja im EG die Klimaanlage auch nicht funktionierte. Und außerdem müsse ich für die 2. Nacht 90% Stornokosten bezahlen, da die Reservierung über Expedia getätigt wurde. Ich bin dann nicht abgereist
