Arrival and check in was very easy and quick. We booked a room overlooking the water which was a beautiful sight any time of the day. Perfect location for walking to Old Town and the various museums. Would gladly come back again.

No VIP benefits were given what so ever, attitude of the staff was “we can’t give you the upgrade because room level that left is too high and we don’t have others….” Take it or leave it.
We were given a horrible room where I had to climb over my friend’s bed to get to my bed and I was unable to get up at night to go to the toilet because no way of getting out of bed without climbing over other bed.
