"This is a nice hotel. Its not 4 star, but its a nice hotel. Definitely worth the price. There is not a big selection of food for breakfast. But it was enough to hold us over until lunch time. Just be careful. The yogurt they had was out of date. We ate it and didn't get sick. Lol But the room was nice, not without a couple of flaws. But it was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Great location for hiking at Morrow mountain and uwharrie, new and clean cabin, beautiful river views, and fun having campfires with firewood provided. The host was very kind, accommodating, and welcoming. Dropped us off extra firewood and allowed us a late check out. Would stay again. "

"Although remote, it was worth the drive to find it! So quiet and beautiful among the horse pastures and cornfields. We only used the main level which was perfect for the 3 of us including my 80 year old mother. If you don’t appreciate family history and vintage furnishings, you may be disappointed. It’s like staying at your grandma’s home and was perfect for us. Covered carport was very convenient as it was raining when we arrived."

"We didnt end up using any of the water toys but it was great to have the option and the several sizes of life jackets was very convenient. The two smaller rooms are great for little girls! My daughters loved the rooms. The only complaint i have is that the AC was limited to 69° and we are used to sleeping cooler. This rule was also not listed on the original rules sent to us."

"Cute little property on a quiet street. Location was good, easy to get to town and hiking. The house was nicely decorated, modern/farmhouse, inside was clean. The television needs updating; we could not even use the netflix app or cast from our devices since the TV was very outdated and the channels available were limited. "Overall, the house is charming and we enjoyed the stay. My only concern is that I was informed a neighbor complained about marijuana smoke coming from the house which was not true. The email to me was very threatening in reference to consequences including a fine and cancellation. Then when I called the number I was told that the message was a blanket email to all of their renters. This was very disturbing to me since the accusation was completely false."
