"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"We were overjoyed when we arrived to Annie’s place in Lourdes. It was spacious, central & tidy, and the bedroom was a comfortable oasis in the clouds. "Overall the apartment was well situated and had the bare minimum basics. We thought we paid for sheets and towels and had to pay extra on sight, which was a bummer. The towels reeked of smoke so we had to wash them and didn’t have hand towels. The kids bunk beds appear to have bedbugs, my daughter had bites and we have had to do major cleaning as a result. "
