"We stayed in many hotels during our 3 wk stay in Spain. This is the only property that i want to take the time to review. This beautiful historic hotel is only eclipsed by the overwhelming beautiful medieval town that it's situated in. I felt transported back in time. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I felt as though i was staying at a relative's home. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The breakfast must be on the agenda. You will not be disappointed. "

"This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. "Hotel overlooks a lovely castle and Jesuit seminary. Only one other hotel/hostel in the area with nothing else around apart from a religious souvenir shop. Hotel very much in need of up-dating but staff very friendly. We were offered a double room but the twin was bigger if very out-dated. Also no sound-proofing between rooms and en-suites, which definitely need up-dating."
