The view is breathtaking, the building was built in a way so all condos I believe have a similar view of the Bay/river. The units are super spacious and everything seems brand new. This is a no-brainer to book especially if you want to be in Baie St Paul (it's just a 3min drive), we liked the location as a hub to visit the Charlevoix area (e.g. 2hrs away from Tadoussac). Great job for this development, keep it up (think they're building a second phase)

This property is perfection! Beautiful view, clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, with lovely furnishings and decor, and only minutes to Baie St Paul. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Great location, great view, the comfort level in the unit could be improve. Very echo and bright lighting. So bright that we were keeping lights off as much as we could... That could be a simple fix!
