Cozy Cabin close to the Lake, Hiking, Snowshoe, Skiing

This cabin is nestled in the mountains surrounded by trees with a lake nearby. Perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway. Cabin is fully stocked for fixing a meal or nearby Bailey has some local restaurants to check out.

Relax in the outdoor area which includes a grill and outdoor seating. Take a walk around the property. Head out to the lake for swimming and enjoying the sunny Colorado days. In the winter close to hiking/snowshoe trails and skiing resorts about an hour away. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome.

Cabin has 1 bedroom with a King bed and a Queen Murphy in the living area. Also a sofa bed in living area best suited for the kids only! ****In the months of Oct-May you must have 4WD to access the property.***

Great quite place up in the mountains
We had a great time staying at this cabin. It was very cozy and clean. The hosts were very responsive with everything we needed. The pull out bed had not been cleaned we had found many things under the cushions so we did not use it. Overall, it was a great stay!

Cute and peaceful cabin
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the space and surroundings. It is was so wonderful to have found a dog friendly place that was perfectly appointed. We never used the car, just enjoyed hikes and runs on the surrounding dirt roads. Such a perfect getaway place close to the City.

It is a little off the beaten path, but makes for a nice secluded getaway. The cabin is adorable and very homey feeling. It was the perfect size for me and a couple of friends to have a girls night!! Some delicious cookies were also left as a treat and they were a great touch!

Very cute and cozy cabin
The cabin was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. I was mildly disappointed with some local neighbors that were unexpected. We did see some wildlife but luckily no bears. Overall great stay and experience!

Absolutely gorgeous location and cabin! The hosts were great at communicating and very hospitable. Very peaceful and quiet area. Stayed outside and enjoyed the weather and silence around the area. Great kitchen area and comfortable furniture! Would love to go back and stay longer!

Stay in Pike National Forest
Gorgeous scenery, many hikes within 10 minutes from the property, including a mountain lake and river. The cabin has everything you need, us super clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen, great outdoor area for grilling out....... We had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin. The hosts are super responsive and easy to communicate with which we appreciated. Also, we highly recommend the Aspen Wine Cellar as a dining option if you stay here. Delicious! The only drawback, which in fairness is not in the host's control, is that the neighbor's dogs (about a half mile away) start barking real early in the morning. Additionally, the road from the town of Bailey has some water damage so getting to and from town (about 10 minutes) is a bumpy ride.

Exactly what we were looking for
We had a wonderful stay and were so impressed with this cabin. It was clean, comfortable, private, and the best mix of rustic with modern comforts. The cabin was the perfect space for our family of 4 (and one dog). The outdoor space is fantastic and the owners have put a lot of work into making this place a fun and welcoming spot. The proximity to the lake was great as well. We highly recommend it!

Awesome!
We had a great time. Super cozy cabin, great for two people or a small family. Accommodations were perfect and accurate as described in the listing. We don’t have any dogs, but they even had phenomenal accommodations for dogs as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a little mountain getaway.
