Not having to transport our own kayaks was a great plus; kayaks in good shape. The light over the main dining table was not working, as well as a few electric outlets -- we bought a lantern at Walmart in Calais and did just fine. Got a few really cold showers -- finally figured out one of us needed to shower in the am and the other in the pm to get 2 hot...

The cabin, situated on a peaceful lake and in a fairy-woodland, gently persuades one to thoroughly release every stress. The cabin itself is well-stocked and smells of fresh pine.
