"It's basically your great aunt's beach house. Couple of updates since it was built during the war, good but not great ones, also some weird ones. Kitchen fan is as strong as a sleepy kitten, stove/fridge/dishwasher are all good enough, etc.. The house itself is whimsical and absolutely lovely. There is no direct beach access, you can scramble over some rocks and it's cool, but high tide comes all the way up - not a great beach for kids, but not bad. The view alone is a reason to go here."

"This place was almost perfect. It was clean, cozy, beautifully, GORGEOUS views and private access to the waterfront. There were just a couple little things that prevented that fifth star. It was cold. Maybe the heating is still being sorted out, but we had to keep moving space heaters around the house.
