"O Matiz Spa Resort foi uma grata surpresa! O hotel que até poucos meses funcionava como spa está todo reformado, os quartos são amplos, acessíveis, muito limpos, roupas de cama de alta qualidade.
A estrutura do hotel é excelente: piscinas aquecidas (coberta e ao ar livre), redário, academia completa, várias quadras de esporte incluindo beach tênis, trilhas para caminhadas, serviço de spa com pacotes com preços não abusivos, equipe de recreação para adultos e crianças.

"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always
available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast.

Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante."
