"I have to stay for 7 nights in Guangdong Heshan, but mistakenly booked 6 nights.
It is not weekend and still is the same price as when I booked on Expedia. I asked can be charged by the average of my booking price? The front said : 1st they don’t follow the expedia( but I booked by USA Expedia?);2nd they don’t take foreign currency (I said I can Paid them by RMB).Then the typical “bargain Dance” started. Finally, the managers on duty sticked to charge $18 dollars RMB more than the price...
"Everything is amazing… but I’m a bit surprised that an international hotel has so few people that actually speak English. I mean… the few we found were extremely helpful but I literally was told that we had to wait until the person with good English finish dinner… not ideal.

"Great stay. Super comfortable. Mancy at front desk was very helpful extending my stay. The gym and spa are good. A bit messy and limited water but sauna and steam room were excellent."

Our floor has the Bruce Lee theme and decoration. The laundry room and the gym are a bonus. Rooms are clean. Hotel location is very convenient."
