"This property was amazing. The staff are friendly and courteous and provide exceptional service. This has been one of the best experiences I have had at a resort. My only gripe is that the property does not have a swimmable beach; however, that is the case for most places you stay at in Cabo. I was also unable to redeem my $200/ night resort credits included with my vacation package. I attempted to redeem them and apply them towards my balance at checkout and was told that they require prior knowledge of the usage of the resort credits in order for them to be applied. I felt my credits should have been honored as they were included with my vacation package. All in all, great resort. "
"I had a wonderful vacation at the Krystal! The staff was exceptional...shout out to Rosalba, Sergio, Fanny and Jose at the Grill!!! My concierge Gabriel was so very helpful and kind...Luis at the front desk was welcoming and very kind!
