"This was my second stay at this property. The first day was simply overnight, this time around it was a four day stay. I think that the property needs to have some modification for stays more than a day or two. Example the property has an espresso machine, only one pod for a four day stay? There are no cleaning products, such as paper towels, or a general purpose cleaner to wipe down counters and other items as they were used. The facility has a washer and dryer, but no products to utilize them...

"Julio Cesar was one of the kindest and nicest person I have ever met in my life. Him and his wife made our trip amazing. The only thing is that there was no hot water at all in our room and we tried several times to try and take a shower but the water never got even warm. "
