"We were not expecting to have to pay an additional $60-$70 per person per day to use the amenities like the water slides and game place. That was the whole reason we booked there, and that should have been better disclosed that it was an additional charge. Staff were great, but our unit did not have hot water. Maintenance was super nice and apologetic though and we weren’t there long enough for it to really matter. Will be back since it was great fun! But the additional cost will be a huge consideration before booking. "

"Our stay at Northern Lights Lodge in Stowe was excellent. The views were beautiful and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. One thing I’d suggest is adding a microwave for guests, since most restaurants nearby close early and the ones open are mostly pubs or Italian spots, not ideal if you need halal or affordable options and don’t want to drive 20–30 minutes. Still, the lodge itself is amazing and highly recommended!"

" The room we had was private and perfect for our anniversary getaway. We had a bottle of champagne in our room when we arrived with a Happy Anniversary card! The breakfasts were delicious and the bar was a fun hangout! We were able to walk everywhere and easily rent bikes across the street. We had a great time and will definitely stay there again!"

"Beautiful place to stay, room was nice and comfortable for family. Indoor pool, sauna, hot tub was very nice. Although they have coffee, It would have been nice to have a cafe on site to order drinks like lattes so that we didn’t have to drive. We would recommend this place"
