"Good hotel but service needs to improve drastically. They only provide limited bottles of water in the room. When I called for water they said if you want after 8 pm you have to pay. I agreed ordered at 10:40pm after 6 calls water came at 11:30pm. We were sleeping in the room at 9:30am and the house keeping knocked and open the door and entered. We were literally shocked. Also hotel and its staff is not equipped to handle this sudden rush in tourism. "

"Beautiful property with large, gorgeous rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The location is great and very close to the Bulvar. Lots of restaurant options once you get to Bulvar also, and easy transportation via taxi or limousine. I would recommend views to the old city (Icherisheher), as the sea view rooms also face a busy street in the front. From the back, you can see the ancient city, it's quiet, and you have a great view of the Flame Towers. I would try to go to Baku when they're not...
