"Stayed at this hotel five years ago and returned due to excellent location and reasonable price. But there was a leak in the bidet in the bathroom. The room itself needs updating and sheets though clean, are old and have greyish/brownish hues on them. The WiFi didn’t work for the second half of my stay. The staff couldn’t get it to work again. They never cleaned the toilet when they cleaned the room (only swept the floors and changed sheets when I requested the room cleaned/sheets changed)....

"The location and customer service is why you would book here. It is on the quiet side of white beach but still a convenient van ride or etrike away from the action. They pull out all the stops and go above and beyond. Rowel took real good care of us at the beach and Phillip got us a reservation when we needed it."

"Its absolutely disgusting place. With cockroaches and holes in a wall. Staff is mean. Looked like the place was under closer or something...very creepy. The only nice person was a security gard who was always making sure we were safe."
