"Nice and clean, friendly staff!"

"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"Rooms are not cleaned (maybe once a week) Rooms are very small and old facilities are not good. At first day my wife was locke in shower and couldn't get out and since there is no emergency call buzzer or phone in shower she needed ask help from other guests. At breakfast you need to wait for about 15 minutes in line in order to get puncakes and food itself was very low quality. Pool is relatevly good and not very crowded. Cofee was good Buttom line: Not reccomended in any case and if you decide...

"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "
