We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas and it was a reasonable place particularly when you are travelling with kids. Pool access and dining options are at Hotel Alba - short walk from the room.
Only issues that worth highlighting are:
- No pool towels were available and no one wasn’t around to ask, so we went back and got our own ones.
- Reception staff people were either overly tired or weren’t really appealing / into customer service.
- Breakfast buffet was good with reasonable selection of food. However, ONLY some staff weren’t greeting to us even on the Christmas day itself. it was pretty obvious that they ignored us including my younger kids, but majority of staff seemed enjoying their work.
- Lower ground room was noisy. We could hear people climbing down on stairs, jumping around on top floor and loud people around.

"Property was lovely and well maintained. Liz was helpful with directions to the property. We could not get the jets to work on the hot tub due to tripping the power but we honestly didnt mind it was so relaxing, we watched the stars one nught and a thunderstorm another."
