"This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!"

"It's beachfront so it's nice. Easily accessible. Receptionist was good and approacheable. The only comment is the airconditioner because it was not enough. We booked a room for 8 and it was ok until the AC wasn't enough to cool the room. We had to request for elec fan. "

"Hotel room was big and clean. Shower worked well. Aircon was loud but fine. TV had only one channel and WiFi did not work at all. I asked the staf for short time password bit did not work still. I used data connection in the end. The staff was not helpful, desk often not occupied. I asked for checkout 1pm, they answered not possible but if I pay extra per hour I can do. "Fantastic stay with Manager Chummy and his excellent team of staff. Great location for enjoying a beer and watching the waves!! Also great seafood restaurant across the alley from the hotel. Loved it!"

"Beach was literally just a hop away which was really good. The area could use some renovation to make it look more attractive. You get the value out of the price you pay. Wifi is good for remote work."

"The hotel was immaculately clean. We booked thru Hotels.com, and it said only 2 rooms available yet hotel was empty. Water pressure is extremely low and no breakfast. Facility is right on the beach. We were able to switch to the family rooms for our accommodations. Staff is terrific."
