Well situated and peaceful
Stayed for 3 night so that we could visit some of west Sicily from a central location. Hosts were lovely and helpful with additional suggestions. Apartment was nice and clean and so was the pool (we were the only guests at the time of our stay).

Rosalia nous a accueillis aux alentours de 21h30 très chaleureusement. N’ayant pas dîné, elle nous a commandé des pizzas (à nos frais évidemment). Le lendemain nous avons visité la ville avec elle. Rosalia parle très bien le français, une chance pour nous qui ne parlons pas l’italien … Tout était parfait : l’accueil, le logement, la gentillesse de nos hôtes Seul point négatif : la literie de l’entrée est à revoir Merci encore à Rosalia

Ruhige gelegen mit tollem Ausblick
Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort. Geräumige Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und sehr schönem Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist entgegen der fewo Beschreibung nich Zentrums und Strand nah. Die Betreiberin ist dafür unseres Erachtens Nicht verantwortlich, sondern die online Agentur , die die italienische originalanzeige wohl etwas „geschönt“ hat. Wer einen ruhigen pool Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung mit in die Jahre gekommenen Mobiliar verleben möchte ist hier genau richtig! (Pool nur mit Badehaube und von 8-20 Uhr) Klimaanlage kostet extra (pro Tag 5 Euro). Betreiber freundlich … aber etwas spiessig ;) eher für 3 Personen geeignet. Die Klappliege aus den gefühlt 80er Jahren war mehr eine Zumutung

Sehr ruhige Lage
Super freundliche und herzliche Vermieter. Hatten ca.3 Stunden Verspätung und wir wurden trotzdem herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Falls wir wieder mal auf Sizilien kommen würde ich die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Mysigt ställe
Vi upplevde en fantastisk vecka med bad, sol och värme. Lägenheten var rymlig och sval (AC), stor balkong för både umgänge och hänga blöta badkläder. Köket gav möjlighet till enkel matlagning under veckan de dagar vi inte valde att äta på restaurang. Värdinnan var väldigt behjälplig med alla olika frågor vi hade som förstagångsbesökare i Italien.

Sehr liebe Gastgeber, tolle Lage.
Das Haus befindet sich in bester Lage, die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, brachten uns selbst gepflückte Feigen. Der Strand und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht und werden sicher wieder dorthin zurück kehren…

Traumhafter Familienurlaub
Wir waren zu 4 für 14 Tage in der Wohnung Adele. Schon die Ankunft hat und überzeugt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und man hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Auch kurz danach die Tour durch Balestrate mit der Vermieterin war perfekt. Der Pool war sauber und wurde tgl gereinigt. Die Kinder durften auch spielzeug mit in den Pool nehmen. Am Feiertag gab es sogar eine Poolparty mit Familie und Freunden des Hauses. Für Fragen hatten sie immer ein offenes Ohr und haben uns auch von sich aus gefragt ob alles ok ist. Wir waren so begeistert das wir überlegen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Wir sagen von Herzen vielen lieben Dank

Excellent place, beautiful environment and lovely people!!
We stayed with our 1 year old daughter in this beautiful appartment for 3 weeks. We really had a great time here and we were very satisfied about the appartment, the location, the garden, the pool and Rosalia and her family were so nice, warm, welcoming and helpful. What we loved so much about the appartment was the view from the terrace, the calm environment and the barbecue. We used the barbecue quite often and it was great! Also all the facilities are there. We didn't miss anything! We think this place is very good for families who like to enjoy a beautiful place, calm environment ( it's quiet at night), a nice view on the sea and the country side. The location is also perfect to go around in Sicily and beautiful beaches are nearby. We would love to come back here. Hopefully next year. We'd definitely recommend this place to anybody!

Nous avons eu le sentiment d être en surveillance surveillé par la propriétaire et qui nous avait bien caché à la réservation son propre règlement intérieure à savoir un accès limité à la piscine de 9h00 à 13h00 et de 16h00 à 19h00 et avec bonnet de bains obligatoire .pas d accès au jardin ombragé réservé à la propriétaire et là encore un forfait demandé de 5 € par jour pour la climatisation qui ne figure pas dans le contrat de location .
