Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in open plan dining room & kitchen in main house; Rumpus room has reverse cycle split system air-conditioning; Ceiling fans in queen & bunk bedrooms in main house. Large television in lounge room; VCR player & videos; Board games; WiFi for guests use; Wall-mounted television in rumpus room. Well-equipped kitchen with electric stove & cooktop, microwave, rain water, coffee plunger (guests need to bring ground coffee to use) & large side-by-side fridge/freezer; Small kitchen appliances including slow cooker, toaster & air fryer. Top load washing machine. Outdoor undercover entertaining area between main house & rumpus room; Dining seating in undercover area; Outdoor lounge; Hooded gas barbecue. Fenced rear yard.
