Main bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet; 2nd toilet near laundry; Bathroom with vanity and toilet in shed rumpus room. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in living area; Spacious living area with lounge room, dining and kitchen. Large television (with USB & HDMI ports) in lounge room; DVD player; Board games. Well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and stovetop, microwave, stovetop espresso maker, rainwater and medium side-by-side fridge/freezer; Range of kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster, airfryer and sandwich maker.
