I hate complaining but food should be served hot.

The rooms are clean and relatively eco-friendly. However many rooms overlook the main street and are noisy with the windows open. The a/c is ok but a little noisy at night when you are trying to sleep. The restaurant menu is extensive. The staff were helpful especially for choosing a bottle of wine to accompany the meal we had chosen. However our order arrived cold (including the french fries) so we sent it back. My dish was microwaved and was back on the table within five minutes. My partner's dish had new chips but the chicken skewer was still cold. Even so, both dishes were tasty and we would have them again. Hopefully served hotter next time! When we checked out the next morning we mentioned the problem with the food but the reception didn't react at all. As we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions this was rather disappointing customer service. Overall it's still our favourite hotel when staying in Balıkesir.

Temizlik banyo havlular cok güzel. Yataklar ve yastıklar konforlu. Oteli ve hizmeti cok begendım. Tek sıkıntı kahvaltısı. O fiyta vasat altı bir kahvaltısı var. Ne zeytini zeytin ne peyniri peynir. Gercekten cok kotu idi. O fiyata dısarda cok guzel kahvaltı yaprdım. Mis gibi otel. Neden kahvaltıdan kısıyorsunuz anlamıyorum. Hayır parasını da alıyorsunuz yani. Odaya dahil degil ki. Bir dah gelsem muhtemelen ya kahvaltı satın almam veya baska bir otel tercih ederim.
