"House is a short drive to Killarney National Park, and in a rural area. There’s a small convenience store right next door, owned by the home owner. The owner, himself, is very welcoming. If we are ever to travel to the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"We had a great week at Bedrock cottage, we were able to easily access the Beara Peninsula as well as other magnificent parts of the Ring of Kerry. We especially enjoyed The Reeks and cycling on the roads in the area. The tearooms at Lord Brandon's cottage were really great (cash only). We had a fantastic time."

"This property location was great. Easy to walk into town and running trails near. Easy to drive the Beara, Ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsulas from this location. The property manager “Heather” was awesome. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. "Plenty of room for our family, and Rosscarbery and its grocery store are very close. We really liked running into Rosscarbery for a quick bite and a pint. Wifi was slow, but it existed, which wasn't the case in one of our other stays. Cute garden, and a nice, quiet space to be."

"Mostly comfortable. A bit cold. Not sure if 6 people would be comfortable. Paying for electric at the end is unusual. Remote and very rural. Beautiful surroundings. "We stayed in room on the ground floor. After being in the room a short time I noticed a terrible smell, like someone urinated on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. After checking around I found the spot. I made several calls to the front desk, someone was sent down to investigate. After several more calls Eugenia was sent to the room. "Communication was great and the unit was clean. The property and other buildings were pretty run down. The supplies in the kitchen were slim at best. Couldn’t have cooked anything since there was really nothing to use. Not enough silverware without having to wash every other day vs using dishwasher. It was barebones but big enough with plenty of bathrooms to go around. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean "
