Formerly a World War II ammunitions factory, the building that now houses Ballistic Beer Co. provides spacious grounds for brewing up delicious new beer flavours. As well as a selection of delicious brews you can often find live music and food trucks at Ballistic HQ, where it’s all about “beerlosophy”.
Ballistic Beer Co. has four core beers: an IPA crafted with Australian hops, a craft lager, a light table beer and a strong oaked ale. The lager and table beer have both been presented with gold medals at the Australian International Beer Awards. Alongside this core range, there is a constantly changing range of seasonal and specialty beers. If you find a flavour that you love, buy a few cans to enjoy later.
Take a seat out the front of the converted factory and enjoy tasting the selection of fine brews. If wine or cider is more to your taste, you’ll still be spoilt for choice. When hunger hits, it’s likely that there will be a food truck waiting to satisfy your taste buds. Dig into a meal while listening to one of the live music events. There’s no need to worry about the kids, as the factory provides large open spaces for children to play and make new friends.
