"It is a lovely hotel within walking distance to all Cork City Center sites. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff were all terrific and very helpful. Parking was easy if you have a rental car for day trips. There is some raucous street noise late nights. It might help to bring some earplugs."

"Apartment is spacious, clean & tidy and very well equipped (the towel rads in the bathrooms can be heated even when central heating is off!). There is off road parking and a fantastic view over the bay (subject to Irish weather). 3 pubs within 100m, 2 of which serve food and on the other side of the bay there is a fantastic beach. Roads in and out of the village are good, there is lots to do nearby and Cork is not far away and the Atlantic coast easily accessible beyond that. Only downside is that there is no village shop. Note this is an upstairs flat, not a problem for us, but not suitable for everyone. Highly recommended."
