"Once again a very enjoyable stay. Very convenient location for the north coast attractions and the hotel is comfortable and welcoming with a lovely dining room and a great breakfast. Couldn't fault it!"
"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a large family bedroom with plenty of space for 4 people. Great, central location with on street parking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "
"Excellent base for a short visit - guest house rather than a hotel, but better for that and the complimentary bread, cereal, tea and coffee breakfast was a bonus."
"We stayed in cottage number 4, and while the BTI is not fancy, you will love the friendly staff and delicious food. Drinks by the fire were just what we needed after a long day. So many happy memories here. "

"Our trip was amazing, staff were friendly and very accommodating, room very clean and spacious, fresh towels and bins emptied every day. Great location, a short walk to train station and town centre, Asda is next door. Very quiet at night time, no banging doors or loud noise, bed very comfortable. We had food in the hotel great deal if you book a table for 5pm onwards, would recommend booking a table on arrival as it's very busy. Breakfast is self-service and has everything you want and plenty of staff if you need anything. Would highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to staying again. "
"Impeccable little hotel. We were there on a heat wave the first day, and our room lacked central a/c, but there was a portable unit and a fan.
The restaurant was outstanding, unusual for a hotel restaurant."
"Had a lovely stay. Staff were so friendly. Everywhere was so clean. Lovely clean smell in the bathroom which was spotless. Bedroom was spotless. Lovely comfortable bed. I will certainly return. "
