O hotel é pequeno, não possui elevador, garagem paga (30 reais em mar/24), apenas 7 vagas apertadas, em frente de avenida movimentada (barulho de trânsito), ar condicionado em mal estado (parece sem manutenção e limpeza). Cama boa e limpinha e bom café.

Alguns pontos limpeza e desprezo pela pandemia.
De cara fui surpreendido por não ter mais vaga estacionamento, que haviam somente 6 vagas no hotel, deixar carro na rua em Balneario não me deixou contente, depois atendente arrumou uma vaga para mim, não tinha tv a cabo, ralo do banheiro entupido e atendente sem mascara e dizendo que não precisava usar mesmo estando ainda em pandemia.
