"Room was very modern inside. Nice hot shower water, quiet, easy in and out. All that is needed is better doors and windows to keep cool air out. Carpeting floors would be helpful for the chilly spots too. The beds, linens, room finishes were nice. I would also recommend cleaning the filters on the heating units. Would only take a couple of minutes per unit. "

The only problem was it snowed very hard when I was there and didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities they offer due to being closed for ice on the roads. You pay for the amenities card as part of your booking, but everything was closed and no possibility of ever using the card. I called and asked for a refund for the amenities portion and got some excuse that wasn’t acceptable. I hate it, but I’ll never book...
