"Super miejsce. Obsługa bardzo miła, rzeczowa i pomocna już od samego zameldowania. Hotel jest w świetnym stania, a czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Podoje przestronne i zarazem przytulne. Korzystanie ze strefy basen/sauna przyjemne i komfortowe. W każdej z restauracji jedzenie bardzo smaczne, wysokiej jakości, a obsluga bardzo sprawna. Z drobnych minusow brak jednoznacznych oznaczen wjazdu na parking. Brak mozliwosci sterowania ogrzewaniem/klimatyzacja w pokoju. Kazdorazowo trzeba dzwonic do...

"Bei uns war es ein spontan-Trip. Wir sind begeistert vom Gesamtpaket. Es war ein sehr erholsames Wochenende. Personal war sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit war top und der Rest war auch super. Immer wieder gerne!"

"Älteres Hotel aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber und die Essensauswahl zum Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Das Schwimmbad war sauber, Wasser war schön warm und ausreichend groß. Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorhanden, aber wir hatten Glück 🙃 Einziges Manko war die Schlafcouch. Das Möbel sollte langsam ausgetauscht werden. Zu Fuß ist vom Hotel aus alles erreichbar. Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. "We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our receptionist was rude. Breakfast buffet is not well organized, gets very crowded and loud around 9 AM. Hot items for breakfast were always just barely...
