"We were able to check into our room on arrival at 10am, which is rare. Allisi, on reception couldn't have been any more helpful on check in or with helping us with directions he was very patient and informative. They also , after a 3 night stay, let us keep the room fir a couple of extra hours. I have bever had this level of service before, it was exceptional. We also had a full body massage in the hotel, it took 60 minutes and is highly recommended. "
