Staff at the front desk were so rude, there was one checkin station at all times even when there were multiple staff working in the front. The garage attendant was rude, we got over night parking for each night we stayed but had to go in and get it renewed multiple times, instead of it just working the entire stay. When we first checked in they didn’t have our king room we payed for and tried to give up a full sized bed. The hotel gives Marriott a bad name, its managers need to be changed

DISGUSTING! Do not stay here. This Marriott is old, run down and dirty. The rooms have not been touched since the 80’s or 90’s. Dingy yellow and orange walls and beddings, cruddy windows, peeling wallpaper, moldy stinky bathrooms, black gunk in every corner, saggy wooden beds and mattresses that look like a haven for bed bugs. On top of that, rude staff like Maria at the front desk and sketchy surroundings and parking garage. This hotel was so bad I did an immediate 360 and forfeited my deposit to stay somewhere else. Trust me, I’m not just being bougie, it is awful. Marriott should be ashamed.

Whats was disappointing was I reserved a room with double beds and was given a room with a king bed and a mini bed (that looked like a childs bed) was brought in by the staff. I was told I was being 'upgraded' at no charge for a larger spaced room.
